Return policy
ÉQUILON offers you the option to return your computer, subject to conditions, within the first 30 days following its reception. All returned products are subject to return fees and the conditions outlined below. Our return policy takes into consideration the fact that we are obligated to resell returned products as used items.
Return Period
The return period is 30 days from the date of receiving your computer and its peripherals if applicable. No returns will be accepted beyond the initial 30-day period.
Eligible Items
Items eligible for our return policy are computers and their basic peripherals, such as screens, keyboards, and mice. See below for limitations regarding excluded items and refused returns.
Excluded Items
All personal use products such as headphones, headsets, and microphones.
Refused Returns
We do not accept returns of products that are physically damaged, damaged during transportation*, neglected or abused, have "void if removed" stickers removed, exposed to extreme temperatures or excessive humidity, damaged by electrical fluctuations, improper electrical installations, or lightning. *If transportation was carried out via a subcontractor/third party.
Refunded Amount
We will refund you the equivalent of the purchase price of your items less the initial delivery fees, activated Windows license fees (if applicable), and a 25% return fee of the purchase price before taxes. The 25% return fee is necessary to meet our obligation to resell returned products as used items.

The refunded amount will be issued to your credit card or equivalent credit note, at your discretion.
Return Procedure
You must contact ÉQUILON support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning a product to ÉQUILON. You must return your products no later than 10 calendar days after receiving your RMA number. You must return the products to us in a like-new condition, in their original boxes, with all papers and accessories originally present. You must send and insure your packages at your expense or return them to us in person at our place of business. Please ensure to back up all your data before returning your products to us. All returned computers will be reset. ÉQUILON will not be responsible for any loss of your data whatsoever.
