We offer a migration vice to simplify the transfer of data from your old computer to your new EQUILON computer.

No hidden fees

Our policy is transparent: no labor charges or telephone support during your system's warranty. 

 

 Basic warranty: 

• Parts: You have a one-year warranty on parts.

• Labor: Labor is guaranteed for three years.

• Warranty extension options:

  • Extension for parts:

  • For an additional cost of $150, you can extend the parts warranty to two years.

  • Or, for $300, extend the parts warranty to three years.

Ongoing support

Take advantage of free labor, even after the end of the warranty, for maintenance and part changes.

 

Warranty transfer

You can transfer your computer's original warranty if you sell it. Simply register the transfer with ÉQUILON at the time of sale, along with acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Click here to proceed to your transfer.

Simplified returns

ÉQUILON gives you the possibility of returning your computer, under certain conditions, within the first 30 days following its receipt. We will refund the equivalent of the purchase price of the computer, less initial delivery charges, activated Windows license fees and a 25% return shipping fee. Guaranteed quality

We maximize the manufacturer's guarantees, even outside of the ÉQUILON guarantee, to ensure optimal quality.

 

Repair and replacement

At our discretion, we offer various options: remote repair, sending replacement parts, sending a service technician to your home, or returning the product.

ÉQUILON undertakes to repair or replace your computer according to our expertise, with a return within 2 weeks following receipt of your computer.

Treatment delays

We ship orders quickly. In-stock computers ship within one week.

Order Modification and Cancellation

You have the flexibility to modify your order within 48 hours of purchase at no cost. You will be charged or refunded based on the amount of your new order. If you change your mind, no worries. You can cancel your order at no cost within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.

 

Out-of-warranty maintenance

Even outside of warranty, labor is free for maintenance such as cleaning and parts changes. You will only pay the price of the parts at market rate.
