ÉQUILON personally delivers its computers in the greater Montreal area. We also offer delivery service via shippers for other regions of Quebec. Our delivery times are 1 week for computers in stock and 3 to 4 weeks for computers to be assembled (in pre-order). Our delivery charges are $100 per computer for the Montreal region and $200 per computer for other regions of Quebec. Additional shipping charges may apply in remote area.
Guarantee
EQUILON offers a basic 1-year warranty, free of charge, on all its computers, parts and labour. An extended warranty of 2 or 3 years is also available, costs extra. See our documentGuarantee below for all the details.
Order
EQUILON will ship orders with computers in stock within 1 week. Orders partially in stock will be delivered as computers become available.
Pre-order
EQUILON will ship orders with computers on pre-order (to be assembled) within 3 to 4 weeks. Orders partially in stock will be delivered as computers become available.
Amendment

Feedback
EQUILON offers you the possibility, subject to conditions, of returning your computer during the first 30 days following receipt of it. We will refund you the equivalent of the purchase price of the computer less the initial shipping costs, the costs of activated Windows licenses and a 25% restocking fee. Sometimes the computer parts we buy are out of stock with our suppliers. To avoid delaying the production of our computers, EQUILON reserves the right to replace out-of-stock parts with other parts of equivalent or superior quality, at no additional cost.
